affiliates ("Troyarn") provide website features, products, and
services to you when you visit or shop at troyarn.com, use
Troyarn products or services, use Troyarn applications for mobile, or use
software provided by Troyarn in connection with any of the foregoing
(collectively, "Troyarn Services"). Troyarn provides the Troyarn
Services subject to the following conditions.
By using Troyarn Services, you agree to these conditions.

We offer a wide range of Troyarn Services, and sometimes
additional terms may apply. When you use a Troyarn Service, you will also be
subject to the guidelines, terms, and agreements applicable to that Troyarn

Troyarn Services. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and

Troyarn Service—such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio
clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software—is the property of
Troyarn or its content suppliers and is protected by Turkish and international
copyright laws. The compilation of all content included in or made available
through Troyarn Services is the exclusive property of Troyarn and protected by
Turkish and international copyright laws.
TRADEMARKS
Graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and
service names included in or made available through Troyarn Services are
trademarks or trade dress of Troyarn in Turkey and other countries. Troyarn's
trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or
service not owned by Troyarn, in any manner that may cause confusion among
customers, or in a way that disparages or discredits Troyarn. All other
trademarks not owned by Troyarn that appear in any Troyarn Service are the property
of their respective owners.
LICENSE AND ACCESS
Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Service and
your payment of applicable fees, Troyarn or its content providers grant you a
limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access
and make personal and non-commercial use of Troyarn Services. This license does
not include:
- Any resale or commercial use of Troyarn Services or their
contents
- Any collection and use of product listings, descriptions, or
prices
- Any derivative use of Troyarn Services or their contents
- Any downloading, copying, or use of account information for the
benefit of a third party
- Any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and
extraction tools
All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms of
Service are reserved by Troyarn and its licensors, suppliers, publishers,
rightsholders, or other content providers.
YOUR ACCOUNT
If you use Troyarn Services, you are responsible for
maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for
restricting access to your device. You agree to accept responsibility for all
activities that occur under your account or password.
REVIEWS, COMMENTS, COMMUNICATIONS, AND OTHER
CONTENT
You may post reviews, comments, photos, videos, and other
content; send e-cards and other communications; and submit suggestions, ideas,
comments, questions, or other information, provided the content is not illegal,
obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing on
intellectual property rights, or otherwise objectionable. You grant Troyarn a
non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable
right to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content.
COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS
If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed
upon, please contact us at info@troyarn.com.
RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from Troyarn are shipped under a
shipment contract. Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier takes possession
of the goods.
RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND TITLE
Troyarn does not take title to returned items until they
arrive at our fulfillment center. Refunds may be issued without requiring a
return, at Troyarn’s discretion.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
Troyarn endeavors to ensure product descriptions are
accurate. However, Troyarn does not guarantee that product descriptions or
content are error-free. If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is
to return it in unused condition.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF
LIABILITY
Troyarn Services are provided "as is" and
"as available." Troyarn disclaims all warranties, express or implied,
to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.
DISPUTES
Any dispute or claim relating to your use of Troyarn
Services will be resolved by binding arbitration under Turkish law.
APPLICABLE LAW
By using Troyarn Services, you agree that Turkish law will
govern these Terms of Service and any disputes.
SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY
Please review our other policies, which also govern your
use of Troyarn Services. We reserve the right to make changes to our site,
policies, and these Terms of Service at any time.
