Delivery Conditions

If the cargo branch you are affiliated with cannot find you at your address when it brings your package to you, it will leave a note on the door. In this case, you must pick up your package from the cargo branch in the note within "1 day". If you cannot pick up your package within one day, your package will be returned. If the product is damaged due to consumer error (exceeding the return period, returning the product without the protective equipment delivered to the consumer with the product, etc.), the return will not be accepted.

In the event of a problem caused by us, you will be notified based on your membership information. Therefore, it is important that your order delivery information is complete and accurate.
