Return Conditions
TROYARN protects the rights of our valued consumers and prioritizes your after-sales satisfaction. Any dissatisfaction you may experience with the products you purchase, any problems originating from production and service are meticulously evaluated and resolved as soon as possible.
If you have any complaints about the products you purchased, you can contact us via the e-mail address, phone number or Whatsapp support line in our contact information within 3 days from the day you receive the product, and you can make your return under the conditions specified below.
In case of damage to the products during the shipping process (breakage, crushing, breaking, etc.), a photo must be taken on the day the product is delivered, without damaging the package, and sent to info@troyarn.com. Only products that arrive damaged during the shipping phase are accepted for return.
General return conditions are as follows;
- Returns must be made with the original box or packaging.
- Returns of products whose original box/packaging is damaged, has lost its resalability feature, and cannot be purchased by another customer are not accepted.
- You must send the original invoice (all copies you have) and a note stating the reason for return along with the product you want to return. If the invoice for the product you want to return is in the name of a company, it must be sent with the return invoice issued by the company when returning it. A return invoice must be issued.
- If the product/products you want to return are defective, the shipping fee is covered by our company. In this case, you must send it with contracted cargo. In other cases, the shipping fee is yours.
